Student Rules & Policie
Attendance & Late Arrival Policy
- Students are allowed to be late only once during a level, for a maximum of 30 minutes.
- If a student arrives later than the permitted time, they will not be allowed to join the class to ensure the full benefit of all students.
- A second late arrival of 30 minutes will be counted as an absence, and the same absence policy will apply. The student will be required to repeat the level at their own expense.
- A level will be considered forfeited if a student is absent more than twice during the level. The student may complete the current level but will be required to retake it.
- The attendance and late arrival policy applies to both online and offline classes.
- Make-up classes are not available for absences, nor can students attend another group at a different time during the level.
Postponement & Scheduling Policy
- If a student wishes to postpone a level to the following month, Customer Service or Reception must be notified at least two weeks before the level starts.
- Requests to change class schedules must be submitted during the current level and will only take effect in the following level.
- Each level consists of 8 sessions (2 sessions per week) completed within one month.
- Each level has a fixed start and end date. Students cannot postpone or cancel scheduled classes.
- Classes may only be postponed or canceled by the Academy due to official holidays, Academy-related circumstances, or instructor-related circumstances. In such cases, the Academy will provide a replacement session for the group.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are granted only in one case: lack of benefit from the course.
- To be eligible, the student must:
- Attend the entire level without any absences.
- Repeat the level at the Academy’s expense.
- Complete all assignments and requirements requested by the instructor.
General Rules
- An assessment test is sent after each level. Students must complete the test within the agreed deadline.
- Students may not enroll in the next level before completing the assessment for the previous level.
- Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas outside the classroom (Waiting Area).
- Students are expected to wear appropriate attire.
- Students must help keep the Academy clean and organized.
- Respectful and professional behavior toward instructors and fellow students is required.
- Language mistakes are welcome and encouraged as part of the learning process.
- Only English may be used inside the classroom.
- The passing score is 70%, based on:
- Written Exam
- Class Participation
- Oral Assessment during class or oral examination
- Students are not permitted to attend class without their course book.

By checking the agreement box and proceeding with the Placement Test, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all Positive Academy rules, policies, and procedures.
قواعد يلتزم الطالب بها
قواعد وسياسات الطالب
أولاً: الغياب والتأخير
حد أقصى للتأخير مرة واحدة فقط لمدة 30 دقيقة خلال المستوى .
في حالة تخطي المدة المسموح بها، لا يُسمح للطالب بالدخول، وذلك حفاظًا على الاستفادة الكاملة للطالب والزملاء.
في حالة التأخير لمدة 30 دقيقة للمرة الثانية، يتم احتساب المحاضرة غيابًا، وتُطبق نفس شروط الغياب، ويتم إعادة المستوى على حساب الطالب.
يُلغى المستوى ويتم احتسابه على الطالب في حالة الغياب أكثر من مرتين خلال المستوى (ويتم استكمال المستوى، ولكن تتم إعادته ضمن مستويات الطالب).
يُطبق قانون الغياب والتأخير على محاضرات الأوفلاين والأونلاين.
غير متاح تعويض أي محاضرة في حالة الغياب أو الحضور في موعد آخر طوال مدة المستوى غير الموعد المتفق عليه.
ثانيًا: سياسة التأجيل والمواعيد
في حالة احتياج الطالب لتأجيل المستوى للشهر القادم لظروف خاصة، يتم إبلاغ خدمة العملاء أو الريسبشن قبل بداية المستوى بأسبوعين على الأقل حتى يتم التأجيل.
في حالة الرغبة في تغيير الموعد، يتم التبليغ خلال المستوى الحالي حتى يتم التغيير في المستوى المقبل، وليس خلال المستوى الحالي.
مدة المستوى 8 محاضرات (بمعدل محاضرتين أسبوعيًا) خلال شهر واحد.
لكل مستوى موعد بداية وموعد نهاية محددان، ولا يتم تأجيل أو إلغاء المحاضرات من قبل الطالب.
في حال حدوث أي تغيير أو تأجيل للمحاضرات، يكون ذلك من خلال الأكاديمية فقط لظروف خاصة مثل:
الإجازات الرسمية.
ظروف خاصة بالأكاديمية.
ظروف خاصة بالمدرسين.
وفي هذه الحالات تكون الأكاديمية ملتزمة بتعويض المحاضرة للجروب.
ثالثًا: سياسة الاسترداد
يُسمح للطالب بالاسترداد في حالة واحدة فقط، وهي عدم الاستفادة، وذلك بشرط:
حضور المستوى بالكامل دون الغياب عن أي محاضرة.
إعادة المستوى على نفقة المكان.
تنفيذ جميع المهام المطلوبة من قبل المحاضر.
رابعًا: القواعد العامة
يتم إرسال امتحان بعد كل مستوى، ويلتزم الطالب بإجراء الامتحان في الموعد المحدد والمتفق عليه مع الإدارة.
لا يُسمح لأي طالب بالالتحاق بالمستوى التالي قبل إجراء امتحان المستوى السابق.
الالتزام بتناول الأطعمة والمشروبات داخل الأماكن المخصصة خارج قاعة الدراسة (Waiting Area).
الالتزام بارتداء زي مناسب للمكان.
المحافظة على المكان نظيفًا ومرتبًا.
التعامل مع المدرسين والطلبة بشكل لائق ومحترم.
الأخطاء اللغوية مرحب بها جدًا، ويُرجى عدم الخوف من ارتكاب الأخطاء أثناء التعلم.
لا يُسمح باستخدام أي لغة أخرى داخل الفصل (Class) غير اللغة الإنجليزية.
نسبة النجاح 70%، ويتم احتسابها بناءً على:
الامتحان.
التفاعل داخل المحاضرة.
الاختبار الشفهي (Oral) داخل المحاضرة أو الامتحان.
لا يُسمح للطالب بدخول للحضور بدون الكتاب.
إقرار الطالب
أقر بأنني قرأت وفهمت جميع القواعد والسياسات المذكورة أعلاه، وأوافق على الالتزام بها طوال فترة الدراسة في Positive Academy.
