نحترم خصوصيتك ونحافظ على بياناتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، وحقوقك فيها. تنطبق على موقعنا positiveenglishacademy.com، وموقعنا في السعودية ksa.positiveenglishacademy.com، ونظام الطلاب الخاص بالأكاديمية، والرسائل التي تصلنا على صفحتنا في فيسبوك وحسابنا على إنستجرام.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات تكتبها أنت: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني، والبرنامج الذي تهتم به، ونوع الدراسة (حضوري أو أونلاين)، وأي ملاحظات تكتبها في نماذج التواصل أو التسجيل أو العروض.
- امتحان تحديد المستوى وامتحانات المستويات: إجاباتك ونتيجتك.
- بيانات الطالب المسجّل: بيانات حسابك على الموقع والنظام، والفصول والمواعيد، والحضور والغياب، والمدفوعات والإيصالات. كلمات المرور تُحفظ مشفّرة، ولا يستطيع أحد من فريقنا قراءتها.
- رسائل فيسبوك وإنستجرام: إذا أرسلت لنا رسالة فيها رقم هاتف، نحفظ الرقم وجزءًا قصيرًا من الرسالة (حتى 160 حرفًا)، واسمك الظاهر على الحساب إن توفّر، لكي نتواصل معك بخصوص طلبك. الرسائل التي لا تحتوي على رقم هاتف لا نحفظ نصّها في نظامنا.
- بيانات تقنية: يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط (Cookies) ضرورية فقط لتسجيل الدخول وتسريع عرض الصفحات. لا نستخدم حاليًا ملفات تتبّع إعلانية. يحتفظ مزوّد الاستضافة بسجلات فنية (مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح) لأغراض الحماية.
2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- الرد على استفسارك والتواصل معك بالهاتف أو واتساب بخصوص الكورسات والمواعيد والأسعار.
- تسجيلك في امتحان تحديد المستوى والكورسات، وإدارة الفصول والحضور والمدفوعات.
- إرسال تفاصيل ونتائج تخص دراستك.
- تحسين خدماتنا ومتابعة جودة التواصل مع العملاء.
- الالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية والمحاسبية.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها لأي جهة.
3. مع من نشارك البيانات
- مزوّد الاستضافة: تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم مزوّد الاستضافة الذي يشغّل الموقع والنظام.
- Meta (فيسبوك وإنستجرام): المنصة التي تنقل لنا رسائلك. استخدامك لها يخضع لسياسة خصوصية Meta.
- وسائل الدفع والتقسيط: إذا اخترت الدفع عن طريق شركة دفع أو تقسيط، فأنت تتعامل معها مباشرة وفق سياستها.
- الجهات الرسمية: فقط إذا طلب القانون ذلك.
عروض الجهات الشريكة (النوادي والبنوك والشركات) تُسجَّل عندنا فقط، ولا نرسل بياناتك إلى الجهة الشريكة.
4. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال المدة اللازمة للأغراض المذكورة أعلاه، أو المدة التي يفرضها القانون (مثل السجلات المحاسبية). بعد ذلك تُحذف البيانات أو تُجهَّل.
5. حماية البيانات
يدخل إلى النظام فقط الموظفون المصرّح لهم، ولكلٍّ منهم حساب خاص وصلاحيات محددة، وتُسجَّل العمليات المهمة. الاتصال بالموقع والنظام مشفّر (HTTPS)، ونأخذ نسخًا احتياطية دورية.
6. حقوقك
- أن تعرف البيانات المحفوظة عنك وتحصل على نسخة منها.
- أن تصحّح أي بيانات غير صحيحة.
- أن تطلب حذف بياناتك.
- أن تطلب إيقاف التواصل التسويقي معك في أي وقت.
لاستخدام أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق، تواصل معنا بالطرق الموضّحة في آخر الصفحة، وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا. قد نطلب ما يثبت هويتك قبل التنفيذ. قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات التي يلزمنا القانون بها، مثل إيصالات الدفع.
7. طلب حذف البيانات القادمة من فيسبوك وإنستجرام
لحذف البيانات التي وصلتنا من رسائلك على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام، أرسل لنا رسالة على نفس الصفحة أو الحساب بعبارة «احذف بياناتي»، أو راسلنا على البريد الإلكتروني. سنحذف رقمك والرسالة المحفوظة خلال 30 يومًا، ونرسل لك تأكيدًا بالحذف.
8. بيانات القُصَّر
نقدّم برامج للمراهقين. بيانات من هم أقل من 18 عامًا يقدّمها ولي الأمر أو تتم بموافقته. إذا علمت أن طفلًا أرسل لنا بيانات دون موافقة وليّ أمره، تواصل معنا لنحذفها.
9. تحديث السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسنضع تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights. It applies to positiveenglishacademy.com, our Saudi website ksa.positiveenglishacademy.com, the academy’s student system, and the messages we receive on our Facebook Page and Instagram account.
1. Data we collect
- Data you give us: your name, phone number, email, the program you are interested in, the study mode (in person or online), and any notes you write in our contact, registration or offer forms.
- Placement and level tests: your answers and results.
- Enrolled students: your website and system account, classes and schedules, attendance, payments and receipts. Passwords are stored in hashed (encrypted) form and cannot be read by our staff.
- Facebook and Instagram messages: if you send us a message that contains a phone number, we save that number, a short excerpt of the message (up to 160 characters) and your public profile name if available, so we can contact you about your request. We do not store the text of messages that contain no phone number.
- Technical data: the website uses only the cookies needed for signing in and faster page loading. We currently use no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
2. How we use your data
- To answer your enquiry and contact you by phone or WhatsApp about courses, schedules and prices.
- To register you for placement tests and courses, and to manage classes, attendance and payments.
- To send you details and results about your studies.
- To improve our services and the quality of our customer follow-up.
- To meet legal and accounting requirements.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
3. Who we share data with
- Our hosting provider, whose servers run our website and system.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), the platform that delivers your messages to us, under Meta’s own privacy policy.
- Payment and installment providers, only if you choose to pay through one. You deal with them directly under their own policies.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Partner offers (clubs, banks and companies) are recorded by us only. We do not send your data to the partner.
4. How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records). After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
5. How we protect data
Only authorized staff can access the system, each with a personal account and limited permissions, and important actions are logged. Connections to the website and the system are encrypted (HTTPS), and we keep regular backups.
6. Your rights
- To know what data we hold about you and to get a copy of it.
- To correct inaccurate data.
- To ask us to delete your data.
- To stop marketing contact at any time.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. We may keep some records the law requires us to keep, such as payment receipts.
7. Deleting data received from Facebook and Instagram
To delete the data we received from your Facebook or Instagram messages, send us the message “Delete my data” on the same Page or account, or email us. We will delete your number and the saved message within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
8. Minors
We offer programs for teenagers. Data of anyone under 18 is provided by, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian. If you believe a child sent us data without that consent, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will show the date of the last update at the top of the page.
